Catalogue Note

Richard Hovil Seeley fut baptisé en 1802 et insculpa son poinçon comme 'goldworker' auprès de la corporation des orfèvres de Londres le 4 mars 1825 sis au 7 Claremont Place, North Brixton. Il est ensuite enregistré aux adresses suivantes: 13 Princes Street, Leicester Square (12 août 1825) ; 35 Great Pulteney Street, Golden Square (21 mars 1831) ;  19 Broad Street, Golden Square (16 février 1833), voir A. Grimwade, London Goldsmiths 1697-1837, p. 377.
