Condition

In overall very good condition. The panel is formed of a single plank which is uncradled, flat and stable. The paint surface is clean and the varnish is clear and even. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals very small retouchings scattered in the sky, notably on the centre left margin to a 1 cm. line upper left, and in the upper right corner. The tree and landscape appear to be untouched and are very well preserved. Offered in a carved and plastered gilt wood frame in very good condition.
