Condition

Overall the condition of the marble is good with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There are some small chips including to the edges of the bust. There is minor veining consistent with the material. There are some naturally occurring inclusions. Wax residues to the surface. Minor abrasions in the hair. Two sections of the socle is carved separately and original joints are visible.
