comprising two groups of elephants and riders, a fighting tiger and buffalo and a camel with riders together with a gilt-heightened carved alabaster figure of the Buddha, possibly Mandalay, Burma and also 19th century, damaged and losses (5)

Condition

As per the catalogue entry there is damage and losses to each of the Indian groups. Some re-glued repairs. The most intact Indian groups are decorative but do beware of these losses. The seated (Burmese) figure of the Buddah is in the best condition, although has an old re-glued repair to a break at the neck. Gallery inspection is recommended and further photographs available on request.
