the hinged top enclosing a later lead liner divided into compartments, on later square tapering legs

Condition

In 'country house' condition, Lacking a handle above the escutcheon. Legs are later and base is now fixed to the cellaret. Lead lining possibly later. Minor old marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
