Description

  • 33cm. high; 1ft. 1in.
with moulded scales and raised dorsal fins, mounted in gilt-bronze cast with scrolls on a pierced oval scroll moulded foot, with a label to the underside Brynkinalt RM

Condition

An attractive piece in reasonable condition. The gilt base is detached and one of the leaf cast supports to the side is also detached which may benefit form professional attention to secure. The brasses are tarnished and have some slight rubbing to the gilding. The porcelain has some pitting commensurate with the firing process but otherwise is in good condition. With some minor old marks and scratches commensurate with age and use.
