Provenance

Most probably purchased by The Hon. Charlotte Fitzroy, Viscountess Dungannon (1767 – 1828) for Brynkinalt Hall, Denbighshire during her extensive remodelling of the house in the first quarter of the 19th century;
Thence by descent.

Condition

In country house condition. The moulding to the front of the tiers has some losses which may benefit from workshop attention. Two of the tiers have age cracks which are secure. The brass has some lifting to the top gallery. With old marks and scratches commensurate with age and use.
