Most probably purchased by The Hon. Charlotte Fitzroy, Viscountess Dungannon (1767 – 1828) for Brynkinalt Hall, Denbighshire during her extensive remodelling of the house in the first quarter of the 19th century;

Condition

A charming table in country house condition. the painted top surface has some discolouration probably caused by water staining which may benefit form professional attention according to taste. The base with chips and losses to the gilding which is distressed. With old marks and scratches throughout particularly to the feet.
