the later leather upholstered button backs on turned legs ending in brass cappings and castors, stamped MORISON & Co / EDINBURGH and 1418 and 1419 respectively

Condition

Overall in reasonable 'country house' condition. Upholstery not original. The arm rests with typical signs of rubbing and wear. Seat rails not inspected. The casters of the front legs to one chair apparently later which has resulted in variations to the carving. Overall with minor old marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
