together with a pair of tortoiseshell carved boxes and one carved ivory box, Chinese, 19th century

Condition

brush: natural flaw to rock crystal, crack to ivory mounts, the brush and ivory mount cracked, one section missing, loose. to be handled with care. Ivory case: medallion on lid has been re-glued, cracks and chips to base. Large tortoiseshell box: lid detached from liner and some chips.
