Description

  • mahogany
covered in needlework worked with a geometric repeat design and with blind-fret carving to the legs

Condition

Overall in reasonable 'country house' condition. The upholstery worn and has a few small frayed losses which would benefit from attention and a clean according to taste. The seat rails not inspected. The feet now pinned with metal pads. There are old marks, scratches and chips to the mahogany frame - which is unsteady - consistent with age and use.
