1 page, oblong 4to (25.7 x 28.1cm), 8-stave paper, pagination apparently in another hand ("15[7]" and "158"), dated Boulogne, 1 October 1851, horizontal fold strengthened on verso with translucent adhesive tape, tiny tear to upper margin, trimmed
