Condition

The sheet is attached to the mount with one strip of adhesive tape along the upper horizontal edge. The sheet is cockled, but otherwise appears sound. There is some cracking, lifting and loss in places to the gouache and ink.There may be some fading to the pigments of the watercolour. There is some discolouration to the sheet around the edges of the work, some of which is apparent in the current mount, as well as a vertical line of possible staining at the lower left edge.
