Condition

Unexamined out of frame. The sheet appears to be fully laid down onto board. The sheet folds around the board at the lower edge and there are some resultant very small tears and scuffs. There is also some creasing in the lower left and upper right corners. This has resulted in some minor paint loss to the lower left corner. The sheet has very slightly folded over in the upper right corner. There is some evidence of studio matter is a very few instances. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in overall excellent condition, with strong passages of medium and fresh colour throughout. The work is floated in a painted wooden frame, and held behind glass. Please telephone the department on +(44) 0207 293 6424 if you have any further questions regarding the present lot.
