Condition

Unexamined out of frame. The sheet appears to be stable. There is some undulation throughout. The upper corners are slightly rounded. There are some very minor nicks to the upper edge. There is a tear, approximately 3cm. diagonal, to the lower edge, towards the right corner. There are small creases at the centre of the right edge and in the upper right corner. There are some very tiny losses at the lower edge. There is some surface dirt and studio matter visible in some areas. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good overall condition. The work is float mounted and held in a painted wooden frame behind glass. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of restoration or fluorescence.
