Condition

Scattered craquelure, wear and losses are visible, mostly to the ochre and black border. The main body of the work with the woman is relatively unaffected. The edges are uneven and there are creases throughout. This painting has been recently cleaned, consolidated and losses to the fabric have been restored to ensure long term preservation. The colors are brighter and more saturated in realty than in print.
