Description
- golden bronze
- Haut. 33 cm, diam. 21,5 cm
- Height 13 in; diam. 8 1/2 in.
Condition
The illustration is accurate. Good overall condition. The gilding and the marble have been cleaned. There are still some minor stains on the marble. The gilding inside the cups (when you remove the cover) is rubbed due to some chemical elements of the pot-pourri. We believe that the small circular gilt-bronze feet which are now underneath the triangular marble base were originally displayed just under the goat's hoof with a small circular element now missing.

Catalogue Note
OA 5179).
