Condition
Oil on canvas, lined. There is a rip to the canvas at the extreme lower center edge with minor associated losses. The surface is covered in dirt and dust as well as a stable web of flattened craquelure. The varnish has not worn evenly and there are matte areas. Under UV light, there is retouching in the sky at upper left; a larger area of repaint in the sky at center; and two smaller areas in the trees at the upper right of the edges, especially the left edge.
