Condition
Oil on paper mounted on canvas. There is a repaired semi-circular tear extending approximately 2 inches from the upper left corner. The picture surface is covered by a dirty varnish which is shiny in the darks but more matte in the sky. Under UV light, The older varnish has not been removed from the darker foreground and this area fluoresces green. There are some retouches visible over this varnish. There are no apparent retouches in the sky. In a gilt plaster frame.
