Reverse stamped 14K for 14 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Movement signed Vacheron constantin, numbered 439258, case numbered 777, 17 jewels, cal 446/1. Clasp engraved M6200. Rubies estimated to weigh a total of approximately 7.00 - 8.00 carats, purplish red of medium strong saturation, with typical surface-reaching inclusions, small scratches and abrasions. Turquoise cabochons well matched in colour, greenish blue to light bluish green, with good polish, minor scratches. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.00 - 2.50 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches to the metal consistent with use. Clasp secure, safety catch. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 119 grams.
