Sapphire and diamond necklace

Designed as a line of oval, cushion-shaped and step-cut sapphires framed with brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds, alternating with brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 440mm.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 95208, stating that the oval, cushion-shaped and circular-cut sapphires weighing 0.88, 1.03, 1.09, 1.21, 1.36, 1.37, 1.39, 1.65, 1.67, 1.83, 1.93, 2.27, 2.27, 2.37, 2.91 and 3.19 carats are of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating, that the sapphires weighing 0.83, 1.20, 1.85, 2.13, 2.66, 3.10 and 4.53 carats are of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating, and that the sapphire weighing 2.80 carats is of Ceylon origin, with indications of heating. Also accompanied by Gübelin report no. 17100020, stating stating that the oval, cushion-shaped and circular-cut sapphires weighing 0.88, 1.10, 1.20, 1.21, 1.36, 1.37, 1.39, 1.65, 1.67, 1.83, 1.86, 1.93, 2.13, 2.27, 2.37, 2.66, 2.91, 3.10 and 3.19 carats are of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating, that the sapphire weighing 4.53 carats is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, that the sapphire weighing 0.83 carat is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating, that the sapphire weighing 2.80 carats is of Ceylon origin, with indications of heating, that that the sapphires weighing 2.27 and 1.03 carats have no determinable origin, with no indications of heating. Stamped Pt 950 for platinum and OR for gold. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue of medium strong to strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, small scratches, abrasions and nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 23.00 - 25.00 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with light use. Clasp secure, safety catch. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 89 grams.
