Fine sapphire and diamond ring

Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 15.91 carats, between half-moon diamond shoulders, size 57.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 94883 and Gübelin report no.17090009, each stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 15.91 carats, measuring 14.72 x 12.31 x 9.60mm, is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating, each with an appendix letter by Gübelin. Stamped Pt 950 for platinum. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with good transparency, typical inclusions visible under close inspection, abrasions to the table and crown facets, nicks to the girdle and table. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 5.00 - 5.50 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Small scratches to the metal consistent with light use. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 12 grams.
