  • Emeralds/diamonds/platinum/gold
Composed of a line of geometric motifs set with circular-, square-, single-cut and baguette diamonds, the front accented with circular-, single-cut, marquise- and bullet-shaped diamonds, supporting two emerald briolettes, length approximately 410mm, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay and partial maker's marks, one small diamond deficient.

Condition

Signed Cartier Paris, numbered 8731c. French assay marks for platinum. Emeralds well matched in colour, green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, abrasions, nicks and chips. In our experts' opinion, the central circular-cut diamonds measuring approximately 11.90 x 12.38 x 5.74mm, calculated to weigh approximately 5.15 carats, is H-I colour, SI clarity, with nicks to the girdle. Remaining diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 35.00 - 39.00 carats, on average G-I colour, SI-I clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount, one small diamond deficient. Signs of wear to the metal consistent with age and use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 112 grams.
