- Sapphire, diamonds, platinum, gold
Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 5.17 carats, between circular-cut diamond shoulders, size 53.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 67962, dated 26 April 2013, stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 5.17 carats, measuring 11.77 x 9.75 x 5.27mm, is of Kashmir origin with no indication of heating; together with Gübelin report no. 13097095, dated 12 September 2013, stating that the oval sapphire weighing 5.17 carats, measuring 11.77 x 9.75 x 5.27mm, is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating.
Stamped Pt 950 for platinum and OR 750 for gold. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions visible under close inspection, small scratches and abrasions. For more information on the sapphire, please refer to the SSEF and Gübelin reports. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.25 - 2.75 carats, on average I-J colour, VS-SI clarity. Light scratches to metal consistent with use. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
