Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 17.52 carats, framed with marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, size 52^1/2, signed Bulgari.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 95656, stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 17.52 carats, measuring 17.19 x 12.61 x 8.25 mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Signed BVLGARI. Stamped Pt. and Pt900 for platinum, 750 for 18 carat gold and OR for gold. Inscribed crt. 17.53, referring to the carat weight of the sapphire. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with good transparency, typical inclusions visible under close inspection, minor nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 5.75 - 6.75 carats, on average H-I colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Evidence of wear to the metal. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 16 grams.
