Description

  • Rubies, sapphires, emeralds, diamonds, gold
Comprising: a necklace composed of interwoven gold corded wire, the front accented with circular-cut rubies, sapphires, emeralds and diamonds, length approximately 370mm, and a bracelet, inner circumference approximately 170mm, each signed Boucheron Paris, numbered; together with a pair of earrings similarly set, unsigned, post and butterfly fittings.

Condition

Necklace signed Boucheron Paris, numbered 58376, partial French assay and maker's marks. Bracelet signed Boucheron Paris, numbered 6.806, French maker's mark for Georges Verger et Fils, 51 Rue Sainte-Anne, 75002 Paris. Earrings unsigned. Rubies, sapphires and emeralds well matched in colour, purplish red, blue and green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface-reaching, small scratches, abrasions, nicks and chips. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Clasps secure on the necklace and bracelet, safety catches, safety chain on the bracelet. Scratches and signs of wear to the metal, evidence of tarnish to the reverse of the necklace and bracelet, reverse slightly damaged to the reverse of one earring. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 287 grams.
