Set with a cushion-shaped ruby weighing 4.52 carats, between triangular diamond shoulders, size 51, signed Chaumet, French assay and partial maker's marks, case stamped Chaumet.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 90073, stating that the cushion-shaped ruby weighing 4.52 carats and measuring 9.60 x 9.39 x 4.87mm, is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating. Signed Chaumet Paris, partial French maker's mark. French assay marks and stamped Pt 950 for platinum and 750 for 18 carat gold. Ruby red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, with small abrasions. For more information on the ruby, please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches to the metal consistent with use. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
