Acquired directly from Lady Epstein, the Artist's Widow in the 1960s, and thence by descent

Condition

The sculpture is sound. There are one or two small spots of oxidisation in places. There are a few areas of very light wear to the patina on some of the protruding areas. There are areas of light surface dirt in the crevices of the bronze. Subject to the above the work is in very good overall condition. The work is attached to a stone base by a bolt.
