Condition
Overall the set is in extremely good overall condition, with only a tiny nip to the extreme lip of the teapot pouring spout. Please see below for a more detailed account of each piece, together with sizes:
Teapot & Cover: H:11cm.; 4¼in. D: 8cm.; 3¼in.
Structurally sound. There is a tiny chip to the extreme lip of the pouring spout, visible upon very close inspection. There is a light crackle to the white glaze of the body. There are very light traces of surface dirt.
Jug: H: 6cm.; 2½in. D: 5.5cm.; 2¼in.
Structurally sound, with no obvious signs of damage or restoration, there are light traces of surface dirt.
Cup: H: 5cm.; 2in.; D: 5.5cm.; 2¼in.
Structurally sound, with no obvious signs of damage or restoration, there is a light crackle to the white glaze of the body, and some minor surface dirt.
Saucer: H: 1.5cm; ¼in.; D: 10cm.; 4in.
Structurally sound, with no obvious signs of damage or restoration, there are some light traces of surface dirt, and a very minor glaze inconsistencies to the underside, in keeping with the nature of the artist's technique and production.
