Condition

The sheet is attached to the mount with one tab at each of the upper corners, and appears sound. The sheet has a perforated left edge, consistent with it having been taken from the Artist's sketchbook, and has some small resultant tears to the left edge, none of which are visible in the present mount. There may be some slight time-staining to the sheet. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent overall condition. The work is window mounted and presented in a gilt wooden frame, held under glass. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
