Condition
Unexamined out of the frame. There is some damage to the sheet at the lower edge, approximately 8 centimetres from the lower left corner. The sheet is very slightly cockled in places, and slightly creased along the left edge. There appears to be one tiny water stain in the extreme upper right corner. There appears to be one artist's pinhole also in the lower left corner. There is some light craquelure through the dark tones in the tree's roots, and the branches in particular towards the right hand side of the sheet. There is also some staining visible. Subject to the above the work is in overall good condition.
The sheet is window mounted and held in a moulded wooden frame, held under glass.
