Gifted by the Artist to the family of the present owners in the 1970s
Condition
Structurally sound, with no obvious signs of damage or restoration. There is a tiny spot of glaze crawling to the extreme rim of the bowl, and a tiny spot of unevenness to the foot of the base, both in keeping with the nature of the artist's techniques and materials. The work appears in excellent overall condition. Inspected under ultraviolet light.
