Condition

The work is attached to the mount with one section of adhesive tape at the top of the sheet. The work has previously been adhered to a boacking board and when separated this has resulted in some losses to the reverse of the sheet, and in turn an area of damage to the lower left corner. This has been patched and is only visible upon close inspection. There is an old repaired tear to the upper edge. There are two small nicks in the paper to the right edge largely covered by the current mount. There are a small number of light creases to the sheet, in particular to the lower left quadrant and to the upper right and lower left corners. The crease in the lower left corner is not visible in the current mount. There are artist's pinholes in the upper left and right corners. There is a light pattern of foxing and staining throughout the sheet. There are one or two small accretions and instances of studio matter and detritus, most noticeably towards the upper edge. This excepting the works appears in good overall condition. The work is window mounted and presented in a simple wooden frame held behind glass.
