The remnants of the library at Clohamon were shipped to America in 1974, but much was lost owing to water damage during transit. A portion is now preserved at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. An archive of papers pertaining to the Sweetman family from the eighteenth to the twentieth centuries is preserved in the National Library of Ireland.
