Catalogue Note
A reprint of Koberger's first Latin bible from 1475. The leaf at the start of Proverbs seems to have a different setting of text from the copy in Munich, and it is lacking the headline and the printed foliation, ccxxxiiii. The same is true of fol. ccxliii, which here is lacking the headline and the printed foliation, the first line of text begins with "sunt" rather than "-iores sunt", and the chapter headings are not in the larger font size.
