2 volumes, 8vo (160 x 93mm.), woodcut printer's device on final verso of volume 2 (otherwise blank), with all blank leaves, nineteenth-century calf by C. Hering (with his ticket), orange marbled edges, each volume with an additional engraved portrait of Euripides (by Harriet Cheney after a bust belonging to Ralph Carr) bound opposite the title-page, lacking final leaf of volume 1 (containing device only), upper cover of volume 2 detached, spine of volume 2 chipped
