Condition
This pair of paintings is in good condition. In the composition with the men working in the foreground, retouches have delicately been added in a few spots in the mountains above the clouds and around the edges. The composition with the cottage in the lower right shows restorations across the top edge and around the remaining sides. There are a few spots of retouching within the landscape, but they are very minor. The works should be hung as-is.
