Condition
This work is ready to hang. The canvas is unlined and well-stretched. The media layer is stable overall, and the colors are vibrant. In the upper left quadrant, an L-shaped area of fine lines of craquelure measuring approximately six by six inches is present in the deep maroon background, and does not interfere with the overall composition. A few minor, scattered areas of fine craquelure measuring less than one inch in diameter are also present in the upper right and lower left quadrants, in the background of the composition surrounding the figure.
