Condition

This work is in very good condition, taking its age into account. The canvas is unlined and loosely stretched, and minor buckling is present in the upper left corner. The media layer is lightly soiled, but the colors are vibrant. Minor areas of dark discoloration likely caused by frame abrasion are present along each of the extreme edges of the canvas, most noticeably on the extreme left edge of the canvas. Minor spots of paint loss are present in each of the extreme lower corners of the canvas. Under ultraviolet light examination, an area of scattered drip accretions measuring approximately six by ten inches becomes apparent in the lower right corner of the work.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
