Fair condition. Bodice boning needs re-stitching in places, slight soiling to curved bodice flaps and faint perspiration rings at the underarms; beading and embroidery is generally good, slight losses, two brown stains each approx 1 x 2cm to front skirt above curved flaps, and a few small speckled stains in this area too; Front skirt flounce generally scattered with light brown stains including 3 droplet stains each approx 2cm long centre front, 2 x 2cm stains to front left side of flounce ; hem area is peppered with small rust spots, some brown spot stains; Back of dress - faint grey soil marks at derriere level, brown speckling along hem and along a couple of the fold lines, hem needs re-stitching "In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
