Good condition, waist seam needs slightly re-stitching (minor) left underarm seam needs re-stitching approx 1 cm. Hem on inner pencil skirt has been folded back and shortened by approx 5 cm, but look reversible. Subject to unpicking it. Slight soiling on inside underarm. Fabric is fresh and good.
