of baluster form with molded lip, raised on molded spreading foot, and with leaf-capped double-scroll handle, engraved on side with monogram BFG in foliate script, the base engraved B.F.G. above 1778 and J.C.R.C. above 1814

some minor flaws to metal on handle and on inside near rim, a small flaw on inside where upper handle terminal attached, engraved initials on base later, nice proportions, and very clear mark, good condition
