the first chased to resemble a staved barrel, applied initials HFK, base with presentation inscription, marked on base and numbered 825-8344; the second chased with panels of strapwork, caryatid handle, marked on base and numbered 503; the third with band of Chinese figures, marked on base and numbered 3707

first good, second with multiple scratches and dings to surface, traces of lacquer?, third with wear to decoration

The base of the first is engraved "Hamilton Fish Kean 2nd./ March 1st 1925 / from / Hamilton Fish Kean./ from / Hamilton Fish / May 1862"  
Hamilton Fish Kean (1862-1941) was U.S. Senator from New Jersey; he was named for and received this cup from his uncle Hamilton Fish (1808-1893), Governor of New York, U.S. Senator, and U.S. Secretary of State under Grant and Hayes.
