the circular tray with turned-over border applied with gilt wheat stalks and grape vines on a matted ground, the well engraved William G Pickersgill FROM THE PROVIDENCE TOOL CO. IN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PLEASEANT INTERCOURSE, AND HIS EFFICIENT AND FAITHFULL SERVICES PROVIDENCE.R.I.U.S.A.  1872, on three small bracket feet,  the knife with pistol handle similarly decorated, in original leather case lined in blue satin
