Catalogue Note

The Nevius Company advertised this form in Country Life in America in 1905 (vol 7, p. 10) as "The Plymouth Colony Coffee Pot. A quaintly attractive old Coffee Pot with hinged lid; old-fashioned bell shape and ebony handle.  The original is now in Pilgrim Hall, Plymouth."  The pot was part of the range of "Attractive Colonial Reproductions" the firm offered from 18 W. 30th Street.
