The top edge has perforations associated with a spiral notebook, some of which have been lost. The sheet is faintly time darkened and a faint mat stain is visible at top and left edge. A few nicks to the extreme perimeter of the sheet. Remnants from a prior mounting on visible on the extreme perimeter of the verso. Otherwise fine. This work is in good condition.
