Condition

This work is in largely good condition. The canvas has been relined with wax. The canvas is clean overall and the colors are bright. There is a lively impasto in the lower left quadrant in particular. There is very minor cracquelure in the white pigments in the lower left quadrant. Under UV light: a thick varnish obscures reading but there is no apparent inpainting.
