Condition
Executed on cream wove paper which has been laid down on cardboard. There are two pin points to the top two corners. There are two small areas of loss, each approximately 1/4 in. in diameter to the black pigment of the oval shape, located at the center of the lower arch below the figures. These are visible in the catalogue illustration. Two further very minor losses to the pigment - one to the red pigment immediately above the front legs of the horse and another to the orange pigment of the top leg. Each are no more than 1/8 in. across. There is minor surface dirt.
The colors are bright and fresh and the work is in otherwise very good original condition.
