Condition

There are naturally occurring striations and texture to the wood in the supporting panel which are evident under the surface paint. When examined under UV light, there are a handful of very minor strokes of cosmetic retouching to the upper right corner of the panel, a further single pinhead-sized stroke to the upper left corner. The varnish is a little yellow and there is minor surface dirt, the work would benefit from a light clean. The painting is in very good original condition.
