Condition

The canvas is not relined. The impasto is lively and strong. There is no evidence of retouching or restoration when the work is examined under UV light. There is a light buckling to the canvas in the lower left corner and a nail-head sized spot of paint loss to the lower left corner, at the left edge, approximately 2 in. above the lower edge. The work is in very good original condition.
